We check everything in your home from windows to walls, railings to roofs and everything in between, theres no subtitute for a trained professional inspection, minor cosmetic and minor shrinkage defects, although can be many are not our focus.
NHBC provides a standard free checklist for homeowners which is a good starter, though lacks the complexity of a professional snag list which simply is unable to be included within standard lists.

Snagging Inspection.. When ?
We recommend an Initial snag list within 7, 14 or 28 days from completion, ensure your home is inspected at the earliest opportunity.
Select our Warranty period visit at 18 months to validate contractor repairs.
The months leading up to the end of your warranty are critical, make sure all defects are compiled and issued, securing them on the developers repair schedule.
